1. General conditions
By requesting a quote, booking a call or hiring any service at LaFao.dev, you agree to comply with the terms detailed on this page. We work within a framework of honesty and professionalism, and we expect the same from our clients.
2. Payments and deposits
Every new project requires an initial payment (usually 50%) to reserve a spot in our schedule and start the design and development work. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the website is migrated to your final domain.
We process payments through secure gateways such as Payphone, PayPal or direct transfers agreed in advance. Monthly Maintenance plans are billed at the start of the contracted cycle.
3. Development and revisions
Our website services include a structured revision phase. If you request substantial changes to the main structure after the design has already been approved, they will be quoted as additional hours or extra features.
4. Intellectual property
Once 100% of the agreed payment has been made, the design, structure and code delivered become your full property. We don't tie our clients to hidden technologies. We reserve the right to showcase the completed project in the LaFao.dev portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed beforehand.
5. Support and maintenance
We deliver every website and online store working perfectly. Every new project includes 30 days of free specialized technical support to cover any unexpected failure in the delivered code. After this period, maintaining the server and updates is the client's responsibility, unless they choose to hire one of our Monthly Maintenance Plans.
6. Cancellations
If for any reason you decide to cancel the project after paying the deposit and once development or design has started, the deposit will not be refunded. This is because that payment covers the time, research and resources we have already invested in your project.
